SHIPPING POLICY

All buyings are FOB Quito Airport. We are happy to consolidate with fellow plantations. Please contact our sales representatives for information on door to door shipments.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Damage product can only be reported up to 48 hours after arrival at its final destination. Ecoador Farms does not take responsibility on freight damaged boxes after the product has been handled in Quito.

We do not have inventory management in the US, everything is harvested and shipped upon buyings.

PAYMENT METHOD

International and national wire transfers to our bank in Ecuador are encouraged.

PayPal and US Bank also available. Ask your sales representative for more information.
